The Lure 13.5 V2 is a stunning set up for kayak fishing on sheltered estuaries, lakes, canals and slow moving waterways and with the new adjustable Gravity Seat it offers all day long comfort. This is a super stable build ideal for lure fishing and, with an uncluttered standing platform, is ideal for casting a fly too whether going for small fish, trout or salmon. You will even be comfortable standing up and playing a large pike.
The wide and stable hull offers a comfortable platform to fish from, the 13.5 V2 is the quickest and most efficient of the sonor pod range and doesn't compromise on stability. The kayak performs best on flatwaters such as lakes, inland waterways and sheltered estuaries and bays in calm conditions. The high carrying capacity suits the larger paddler wanting a comfortable and stable ride. The generous rear cargo area has a moulded in area for a storage crate.
The removable Sonar-Pod allows easy installation of a fish finder unit without having to drill into the kayak. Simply bolt the fish finder unit on top of the pod, store the battery inside the pod and mount the transducer at the base of the pod! This makes the set-up easy to add/remove at the start or end of your session.
There is also a front multi-use console just behind the bow hatch. This features a cutting board which is ideal for preparing bait or cleaning fish!
Another feature is the ever popular wheel-in-the-keel for easy moving of the kayak on firm ground - ideal for moving it on a driveway, in the garage or for slipway launches.
