We offer a delivery service on most of our products throughout the UK to home and business addresses. Your order will be despatched as soon as possible on the most suitable service based on order dimensions and delivery location.

If the shopping basket does not offer a price for shipping a particular product, then please contact us and we will endeavour to find a solution for you.

Delivery of Kayaks

We offer a delivery service for most kayaks to most parts of mainland UK. We use a bespoke delivery service to improve the level of service and minimize the risk of damage.

Most kayak deliveries arrive within 1-2 weeks, but this is not guaranteed. The majority of deliveries will be quicker than this, but some may take longer. Allow longer delivery times for more remote areas.

Delivery of Equipment & Accessories:

We use a tracked courier service for the majority of equipment and accessory deliveries. Most UK deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days, although some deliveries may take longer.

Yes, we also offer a collection service from our warehouses. Collection for orders placed online can be made from any of the following locations:

Returns & Exchanges


We hope that you are satisfied with order and never need to return anything, however should you need to, we aim to make the return and exchange process as easy as possible.

Items can be returned for refund/exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new/unused condition, in original/undamaged packaging and fit for re-sale.

Refunds will include the standard delivery costs for delivering your order to you.

To return an item for refund simply download, print and fill out our ORDER RETURNS NOTE

Package the items for return, attach the address label included on the Order Returns Note and include a printed copy of the returns note inside the packaging.

The package can then be returned to us either by post or a courier of your choice. You will be responsible for the return costs and insurance when returning items for refund.


If a quick exchange is required we recommend that you place a new order for the correct products and then return the original items to us for a refund separately. If an exchange isn't required urgently, please download, print and fill out our: ORDER RETURNS / EXCHANGE NOTE

Package the items for return, attach the address label included on the Order Exchange Note and include a printed copy of the exchange note inside the packaging. The package can then be returned to us either by post or a courier of your choice. You will be responsible for the return and re-delivery costs when returning items for exchange. A member of staff will contact you to take payment for the re-delivery cost once items are received back with us.
